Spring has sprung!! Thank you for supporting the Chef Carolyn Cooks Food and Lifestyle Magazine. This magazine is the brainchild of Professional Chef Carolyn Hoyte based on her passion for the culinary arts. While a recipe book was the original concept, the magazine evolved into a lifestyle brand with its main emphasis being on food. Chef Carolyn Cooks will be published quarterly for each season of the year and will highlight Chef Carolyn’s carefully crafted recipes in addition to lifestyle features based on those seasons. This magazine is a work in progress as we continue to strive for excellence.
We have a delightful mix of healthy, easy, spring recipes for you in this issue. In closing and in light of our current collective situation as we adjust to new lifestyles, I close as usual with a quote from French-born celebrity Chef Jacques Pépin, who said: “Cooking is the art of adjustment.” Stay healthy and safe.
